How treatment works

Eight short questions about your goal, your height and weight, your health history, and where you live. It takes about three minutes, and you can change any answer before you finish. Some answers mean treatment is not safe for you, and the questionnaire says so at the question that caused it rather than at the end.

A licensed clinician in your state reads what you submitted and decides. That decision comes within 24 hours — a commitment Pluto Care measures rather than advertises. If a clinician needs something clarified first, they ask you directly and the review continues from your reply.

A clinician can decline, and will say why. Nothing is charged for a review that does not result in treatment.

If treatment is approved, your medication ships and your dose follows a published schedule. Your monthly cost changes as your dose changes, which is why every dose is priced up front instead of quoted as a starting price.

Care continues after the first shipment, and it stays fitted to you: a protein target and a training plan set from your own measurements and revised as they change, a clinician reachable about side effects, and a visible next action whenever one is waiting on you.
